Clarins Eye Quartet Mineral Palette in Forest Review + Swatches

I know Autumn has pretty much flown by, but i wanted to show you the Clarins Eye Quartet Mineral Palette in Forest*, which is perfect for this time of year.

This palette is a mixture of earthy colours ranging from a satin taupe to a khaki green and would compliment pretty much every skin tone. Three of the eyeshadows are very pigmented and extremely silky. One of the eyeshadow is much more glittery, however i love to apply it either all over my eyeshadow to give it a sparkly look or in the inner corners of my eyes.

These eyeshadows can be used wet or dry and i actually wore all four colours, without a primer and it wore for about 6 hours on my oily eyelids.......mega impressed!

Even though these eyeshadows are rich in colour, they can still be worn very sheerly on the lids as a wash of colour. I also like how the black can be used as a definition colour or as a liner.

I have been using this palette quite a lot recently and love how it brings out my brown eyes! This palette retails for £31 and can be purchased online HERE.

What do you think of the shades in this palette?
