Urban Decay Naked Flushed Palette Review

Urban Decay have released the Naked Flushed Palette*. This sexy Naked palette is calling out to everyone who wants to get Naked!

The nifty face palette is packed with three essential products for the face. There is a combination of a matte, golden bronzer, a deep pink matte blush and a shimmery pinky, beige highlighter.

The blush is a beautiful deep pinky rose and will suit most complexions. If you have fair skin, then apply it with  light hand. I use a MAC 168 brush and place it on the apples of my cheeks. I have to admit that it is extremely pigmented but it's such a gorgeous shade that anyone can pull off.

I find that the bronzer shows up on my MAC NC42 skin, without having to put much on. I use it as a bit of contouring and lightly dust it over my face to give it some golden glow. However, one thing i thought of was that when i do tan, it's not going to really show up, unless i really layer it on. I would also use the bronzer colour as a socket colour for my lids.

The highlighter is a pinky champagne, and very pigmented, however it isn't super frosty. I like to apply this with my fingers, as it gives a more natural look. It's very pretty when it the light catches it on your face.

Overall, i do like this palette, but it would be nice if Urban Decay could bring out a Naked Flushed palette for more darker skintones, as the bronzer won't really show up on deeper skin. Everything about the palette i love, especially as it's in one palette, making it convenient for us women on the go.

The Urban Decay Naked Flushed Palette can be found at House of Fraser and Debenhams and retails at £20.

  1. Definitely on my wants list. Love the way it looks:)

  2. The colours look great and will fit the skin perfectly, I’m going to add this to my shopping list for sure.

  3. I like these colours, looks great for coming spring and summer;)

  4. Ive given this one a pass as I've heard too many negative reviews on it in terms of lasting on the skin & the bronzer shade on light to medium skin tones. I've seen swatches on those skin tones & it looks far too orange. Urban Decay hasn't come out with anything that has interested me in quite some time. Actually, they never have. Every UD product I've ever tried has seriously disappointed me.

That being said, these shades do look nice on you :-) Off to bed! My dog is snoring like crazy LOL

  5. The lady at Urban Decay convinced me to try this out today and applied it a bit heavy handedly, I do like the way it looks on the skin and the convenience of it all being in one palette. It is sold out however where I live and also on the Debenhams website but I treated myself to Albatross by Nars so will see how I get on with that for a while...
