Tom Ford Blush Ravish Review & Swatches

As many of you know, i love Tom Ford products and i had never really tried their face products until now. Normally i wear NARS blushers on my cheeks and i had been pondering over the Tom Ford blushers for quite some time, so decided to pick one up!

I ended up getting the blush in 'Ravish'. It is such a beautiful colour and is a cross between terracota, coral and pink. This shade is one of those that will look different on different skin tones. It appears to be very warm and deep in the pan, but when you swatch it, you can see there is a slight coolness to the colour. Therefore, it will be wearable on many skin tones.

Their blushers are highly pigmented and very easy to blend onto the skin. You only need to dip your brush in once into the pan, as you barely need much product for your cheeks. On my dark skin, this blush gives a natural glow to the skin and because it has a satin finish to it, it also gives a beautiful sheen to my cheeks. If you are looking for a completely matte blush, then this one would not be for you.

Top: Heavily swatched. Bottom: Blended
These blushes can be built up for a more intense and dramatic look but very wearable for a natural day time look. Many people tend to have a couple of blushes for day and night wear, however with this blush you get it all rolled into one.

I am very impressed with this blush, however i think £45 is quite's a nice treat for a special occasion or birthday. Would i purchase this again? To be honest, probably not. Yes, the blush is beautiful and looks gorgeous on my skin but i can't justify spending £45 on a blush, especially if i am using it on a daily basis.

Have any of you used Tom Ford Ravish? Or their other blushers?

  1. Hi there, I am dark skin indian. Would you rate this product for darker skins? Also how long did this blush wear for? Other reviews say 7-8 hours, is this the case?
