    Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream

I adore this cream!! The weather in Buenos Aires has been very cold recently and i wasn't prepared for how cold it was going to be.

My skin had started to become very dry and tight and my lips were always chapped. I couldn't figure out why the cold was affecting me so much as I'm from England and i should be used to this!

I had bought a small tube of Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream with me to Argentina and thank goodness i did!!! It has helped my skin and my lips so much!

Last year i took this when i was skiing in the Alps and it honestly does exactly what it says on the tin!

It restores, calms, and helps relieve dry and chapped skin.

How do I wash my make up brushes when travelling?

I thought it would have been a bit of a pain to carry my MAC brush cleanser, as I was limited with my luggage weight. I then opted for baby shampoo – its just as mild and cleans the brushes so well. The other added bonus is that if I run out of shampoo when I’m travelling, I will always have the baby shampoo!

    My 3 Favourite Perfumes!

Back in the UK, i have so many perfumes to choose from, so when i was coming to Argentina, i had no idea what to pick!

My ideal scent is either something fruity or citrusy and zesty!

I didn't want to buy brand new perfumes to bring with me as i knew i may not finish them and then have to carry it back in my luggage. The other concern was i also didn't want to buy perfumes here, as they are pretty expensive compared with what i pay at home. The taxes placed on products which have been imported in is ridiculous!

I then narrowed it down to my 3 favourites! I selected Chanel Eau Fraîche, Christian Dior Chérie and Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue.

I love all 3 of these perfumes and the scent is just "me". Pop into a perfume shop and try these out and tell me what you think! :)

As you can see that 2 of them are nearly finished, so i will be grateful not carrying them back in my luggage!

Día de la Primavera! Day of Spring!

In Argentina the first day of Spring is a Bank Holiday and is known as "Día de la Primavera". A few of my friends and i gathered on a roof top in Buenos Aires and just relaxed with everyone!

We hung out and then watched the sunset together. The weather was absolutely incredible and i can't believe i already have tan lines from it! The temperature was about 22 degrees, which is ideal for me as a Brit!

The picture below is of Buenos Aires from the roof top at sunset. :)

    Origins Ginger Souffle

I adore the Origins Ginger Souffle!! The scent is unbelievable! The scent of the cream is a combination of ginger, lemon, lime and bergamot. Every time i have put this cream on after a bath or a shower i have always been complemented on how nice i smell! :)

The fragrance lingers not only on my skin but on my clothes as well! It has become the "Selina" smell - not sure if i should take that as a compliment or not?!

I tend to have normal to dry skin (even though the skin on my face is very oily), so i prefer using thicker creams/lotions that will keep moisture in. Trust me, this does! My skin feels soft and smooth when i have used this and the smell is just incredible!!

I do have to admit £22 is a lot to spend on a body cream, however it is nice to indulge yourself once in a while. If you don't want to fork out the money, ask for your birthday, Christmas or a special occasion!

If you happen to see an Origins counter, ask to sample this cream. You will fall in love with it!!

    Benefit Cha Cha Tint

I am in love with Benefits Cha Cha tint! It looks amazing when blended and the great thing is that it can be used on the cheeks and the lips!
I adore Benefit tints as there is just one for everyone!
The Benefit Cha Cha tint looks incredible on my NC42 skin tone and gives  skin that natural flush that i would get when i have been to the gym (without all the sweating though!).
Sometimes when using Cha Cha tint, i put on a little bit and blend and then i add a bit more, depending on how strong i want the colour to be.
The consistency is much more thicker than the Benetint, which is a lot runnier.

NARS Lipglosses chosen for Buenos Aires

It was very difficult having to choose a few of the NARS lip glosses to bring to Argentina! But I finally chose four that I knew I could wear everyday but dress it up with lipstick in the evening.
I don’t normally wear very strong colours on my lips, so I try to wear quite neutral ones that would compliment my skin tone.

I love wearing Turkish Delight on top of a natural, brown lipstick like Bobbi Brown. At first I thought it was going to make me look ill or washed out but it looks amazing!! If you get the chance to go to a NARS counter then please try to swatch it! :)
