Clarins Colours of Brazil Quartet + Eye Liner Palette Review With Swatches

Before i start talking, can we please take a moment and admire how beautiful this palette looks! The embossing on the eyeshadows is simply stunning!

With the weather being up and down recently, i can't believe that summer is just round the corner! The Colours of Brazil Quartet & Eye Liner Palette* makes me think of the white sandy beaches and sunshine in Brazil.

The palette comes with four neutral eyeshadows (mixture of shimmer, satin and mattes), and a vibrant blue eyeliner. Don't let the blue put you off, it works as a liner for the upper and lower lash line, as well as a base for eyeshadow.

Many of us girls love wearing neutral shades on the eyes, but this time of year i like adding a pop of colour and i think the cobalt blue is perfect.

There are three brown eyeshadows and a soft orange, which isn't bright at all, and would look amazing as a wash of colour on the lids. All the eyeshadows have a smooth and even application with no fallout. This palette is perfect for either a simple, everyday look, but can be intensified for a dramatic evening look.

This palette can be worn pretty much all year round and I love the combination of neutral and bright shades, making it very versatile. It's making me want to pack my suitcase, head to Brazil and get my samba on!

Will you be checking out the new palette from the Colours of Brazil range? This palette retails for £32 and can be purchased HERE.

  1. Is the liner a powder? Cream? Not bad but I already bought the limited edition spring palette from Chanel, which is similar to this but no blue liner. I LOVE this Chanel palette! All I'd have to do is use one of my waterproof teal/blue liners with it & it would result in a very similar look. Clarins has disappointed me too many times in the past few years, so I'm quite hesitant to buy anything else from them.
