Sleek Vintage Romance Palette First Impressions + Swatches

Morning all! I hope you're all well! I have been trying to get hold of this palette for ages because my local Superdrugs didn't get any Sleek deliveries for nearly a month and i didn't want to order it online as i would have to pay for postage! Luckily when i was in London last week, i managed to pick it up!

I can not tell you guys how much i adore the shades in this palette and that's why i was so eager to get my hands on it. The Sleek palette comes in the standard black case with the large mirror and i would say that if the palette got bashed, then some of the eyeshadows will break!

This palette consists of 12 beautiful shades and there is a mixture of shimmer, metallic and glitter eyeshadows, along with one matte. These colours are perfect for this time of year and i can not tell you how buttery they were to swatch! As always, these eyeshadows are very pigmented and Sleek always do an excellent job when it comes to shimmery eyeshadows.

You can see from the swatches how insane and rich the shades are! I haven't had a chance to fully play around with the palette but i have never had any problems with previous Sleek palettes. My favourite shades in this palette is Lust in LA and Marry in Monte Carlo.

Hopefully i will be creating some EOTD/FOTD using this palette, so keep an eye out for that!

This palette retails for £7.99 and can be purchased from Superdrug or online HERE.

Is this palette tempting anyone?

  3. I bought this shortly after it came out as well. I like it a lot, but I'm liking Kat Von D's Ladybird palette a lot more. It's full of incredibly pigmented mattes that I can't get enough of at the moment.
