Kiko Lavish Oriental Fall 2012 Collection Review & Swatches

Lavish Oriental is the new limited edition collection for fall 2012. This collection is inspired by the Orient and is a mix of traditional and modern aspects.
I ended up picking two of the Colour Seduction Eyeshadow Palettes (£12.90), Sumptuous Mocha and Sensuous Burgundy. The eyeshadows are silky smooth and highly pigmented. The colours are warm and inviting and it’s a great combination for quick and everyday makeup.

The other things I picked up was the smoky eye pencils (£6.90) in 01 and 02. 01 is a rich, dark brown with gold flecks and 02 is a beautiful deep teal. These pencils come with an angled brush on the other side. They are so creamy and easy to blend and will certainly give you that smoky look. I would also use this on my waterline and as a base for eyeshadow.

The last two things were the Exotic Highlighters (£7.90) and I got peach and taupe. The highlighter feels like a mousse and when you have applied it to the skin it dries instantly. These do remind me of the Topshop Glow, but these feel much lighter in texture.

I am so excited I picked up these colours and can’t wait to start playing around with the products and creating new looks!
