Daniel Sandler Watercolour Blushers Swatches & Review

Hello everyone! I hope you're all having a fabulous Easter weekend :)

Sorry for not posting recently, have been making use of the Easter holidays to catch up with loved ones. Today i thought i would do a review on Daniel Sandler Watercolour Blushers and i have to say i am very impressed! With deadlines and exams looming, i thought i would treat myself to these lovely beauties!

Waterbrush RRP £15 but currently retailing for £5 at www.escentual.com
Passion RRP £14.50
Pop RRP £14.50 (Exclusive to www.escentual.com)

I had heard so much about these blushers and was eager to give them a go. I love the Pop Watercolour blush, it is a pink that suits asian skin tone perfectly. You can see from the picture below it is very runny, just like water - hence the name ;)

These are water based, so they would need a good shake before you use them.

I found it super easy to blend and you only need a small amount of product. Don't be mislead by the small bottle! This little baby will last you a very long time!! I also purchased two of the Waterbrushes (one for myself and the other for my kit).

The brush is extremely soft and it applies blusher to the skin evenly, without leaving streaks or brush marks. The one thing i have found is trying to apply blusher on bare skin i.e. not wearing tinted moisturizer or foundation, but with this brush you don't need to worry!

I ended up purchasing two of the Watercolour blushers and do not regret it :D

I have combination skin and throughout the day i tend to get a lot of shine and blusher is the first thing to disappear off my face! In the summer months, i tend to layer my blushers so i would put on a cream blusher beforehand and then apply a powder blusher on top. However with this product i no longer need to do that! This stays put on your face and was still there at the end of a very warm day :)

Passion is a stunning champagne colour highlighter and would look beautiful on darker skin tones. I actually am in love with this colour! Pop is a limited edition shade and can only be purchased from www.escentual.com and it's wonderful how £5 from the sale of the 'Pop' shade goes to charity.

Daniel Sandler products can be purchased these from www.escentual.com

Have any of you tried these blushers? What shades are your favourite?

  2. I love Daniel Sandler Makeup especially the blush! I got mine from Hairtrade as it seems to be the cheapest place at the moment.

  4. I really want to try these Daniel Sandler Watercolour Blushes as you feature them in your looks as does Lisa Eldridge. The problem is which colour to go for as there are so many on Escentual but I don't think they do the shade 'Pop' anymore. I use the Syracuse Sheer Glow foundation and the Annaparuna TM like you, any suggestions as to which shades of blush would suit my colouring?
